Sometimes non-destructive methods narrow the answer to a specific assembly, but confirmation requires a targeted opening. Investigative probes are small, controlled openings made at scan-identified locations, documented with photos and condition notes, then properly closed. We coordinate these with the owner's restoration contractor or perform them under appropriate scope. The output is a definitive answer about what's behind the cladding at that point.
